Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
Sale or discounted items
Intimates and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return an Item
Contact Us: To begin the return process, please email our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Shipping: We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for eligible returns. Return shipping is free for exchanges or store credit. For refunds, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process and specify the item you'd like in exchange. We will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive the original return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or replacement and cover the cost of return shipping.
